Bootstrapped SaaS founders are usually past the "is this real" stage and stuck somewhere between $3k and $10k MRR. The problem isn't that they're lazy or that the product is bad. The problem is that nobody is reading their numbers carefully enough to find the one or two things actually holding them back.
I read the numbers carefully. Stripe, Paddle, Mixpanel, PostHog, GA4 — wherever the data lives. I look at churn cohorts, activation rates, trial conversion, expansion revenue, and pricing alignment. Then I tell you, in writing, the two or three things costing you the most money and exactly what to do about them.
